Carver County is excited to announce that a new trailhead along County Road 10 (Highway 10), located northwest of Lake Waconia, is now open and ready for public use.
This trailhead provides convenient access to the Dakota Rail Regional Trail, connecting visitors to one of the county’s most scenic and well-traveled recreational corridors. The Dakota Rail Regional Trail stretches across northern Carver County, offering opportunities for biking, walking, running, and more.
The new location expands access to the trail system and provides an additional option for residents and visitors to start their outdoor adventures.
