Spring load restrictions will end on all Carver County highways on Monday, April 20, 2026.

The restrictions help protect county roads during the seasonal thaw, when pavement is especially vulnerable to damage. By temporarily limiting axle weights, the county helps preserve roadway conditions, extend pavement life, and reduce the need for costly repairs and reconstruction.
