The County of Carver is offering a parcel of residential real property in the City of Cologne, Carver County, Minnesota, “Property,” for sale by sealed written bids. The Carver County Engineer shall accept the sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025, whereupon the sealed bids shall be publicly opened, and the amount of the bids read out loud at the Carver County Public Works Division, 11360 Highway 212, Suite 1, Cologne, Minnesota, 55322, by two or more persons designated by the Carver County Engineer.
