Carver County, Minnesota, will receive information regarding Public Safety Software through January 26, 2026. 

Carver County, Minnesota, is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding integrated Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) CAD/RMS/JMS systems. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational purposes only and will assist the County in understanding current market offerings, capabilities, and best practices to inform a future Request for Proposal (RFP).

This RFI does not obligate Carver County to issue an RFP, award a contract, or pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response. Responses to this RFI will not be considered binding offers. Participation in this RFI does not preclude vendors from participating in future procurement processes.

Information for Carver County

Public Works projects on One Office

Carver County Public Works only solicits by public notice for transportation project bids on this webpage and on the eAdvert website.  For most transportation projects requiring competitive sealed bids, Carver County Public Works facilitates bidding through One Office.  In order to submit a bid for a transportation project on One Office, potential bidders will need to follow the below steps.

  • Sign up or login with ConneX.  This account is required to download transportation project plans and proposals and bid electronically with One Office.  After setting up an account in ConneX, make sure that you request access to Carver County One Office.  For more details on how to set up or manage your account, check out the ConneX section of our Bidding Guide.

  • Search for projects in bidding on the Carver County One Office website and download plans and related documents for a project.  After downloading project information, you will be placed on the Plan Holder list and receive notifications of any addendums.  It is free to download these documents.  For more details on how to download project documents, check out the Carver County One Office section of our Bidding Guide.

  • For transportation projects that require electronic bids, submit a bid through bidVAULT in One Office.  For more details on how to submit an electronic bid on a transportation project, check out the Bidding section of our Bidding Guide.
