ADVERTISEMENT FOR INFORMATION

Carver County, Minnesota, will receive information regarding Public Safety Software through January 26, 2026.

Carver County, Minnesota, is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding integrated Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) CAD/RMS/JMS systems. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational purposes only and will assist the County in understanding current market offerings, capabilities, and best practices to inform a future Request for Proposal (RFP).

This RFI does not obligate Carver County to issue an RFP, award a contract, or pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response. Responses to this RFI will not be considered binding offers. Participation in this RFI does not preclude vendors from participating in future procurement processes.

Information for Carver County Bidders

Carver County Public Works posts transportation project bids on this webpage and on the Connex website. Competitive sealed bids for most transportation projects are facilitated through OneOffice. To submit a bid, follow these steps:

Create or log in to a Connex account.
- This account is required to download transportation project plans, proposals, and to bid electronically via OneOffice.
- After creating a Connex account, request access to Carver County OneOffice.
Search for projects on OneOffice.
- Download project plans and documents.
- After downloading, you will be added to the Plan Holder list and receive notifications of any addendums.
- Downloading documents is free.
Submit electronic bids (if required).
- Use bidVAULT in OneOffice or Connex.
- Detailed instructions for submitting electronic bids and downloading plans are available in the bidding guide.
