Information for Carver County Bidders

Carver County Public Works posts transportation project bids on this webpage and on the Connex website. Competitive sealed bids for most transportation projects are facilitated through OneOffice. To submit a bid, follow these steps:

  • Create or log in to a Connex account.
    • This account is required to download transportation project plans, proposals, and to bid electronically via OneOffice.
    • After creating a Connex account, request access to Carver County OneOffice.
  • Search for projects on OneOffice.
    • Download project plans and documents.
    • After downloading, you will be added to the Plan Holder list and receive notifications of any addendums.
    • Downloading documents is free.
  • Submit electronic bids (if required).
