ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

Carver County, Minnesota will receive proposals for a Public Safety Software System until 2:00 p.m. local time on June 1, 2026.

Carver County is soliciting formal proposals from qualified vendors for an integrated, Commercial Off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) CAD/Mobile/RMS/Civil/JMS public safety software system. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for the purpose of selecting a vendor capable of delivering a complete, mission‑critical public safety information system including implementation services, data migration, training, project management, and ongoing support.

The issuance of this Request for Proposal does not obligate Carver County to award a contract, pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response, or complete the project. Carver County reserves the right to cancel the solicitation if it is considered to be in its best interest.

Information for Carver County Bidders

Carver County Public Works posts transportation project bids on this webpage and on the Connex website. Competitive sealed bids for most transportation projects are facilitated through OneOffice. To submit a bid, follow these steps:

  • Create or log in to a Connex account.
    • This account is required to download transportation project plans, proposals, and to bid electronically via OneOffice.
    • After creating a Connex account, request access to Carver County OneOffice.
  • Search for projects on OneOffice.
    • Download project plans and documents.
    • After downloading, you will be added to the Plan Holder list and receive notifications of any addendums.
    • Downloading documents is free.
  • Submit electronic bids (if required).
