The Employee Relations Business Partners take care of all aspects of employment from recruitment to separation or retirement. The Employee Relations Business Partners work with Managers and Directors to facilitate the hiring process, the orientation of new employees to Carver County, employee activities, employee training, development and counseling.

The Business Partners are responsible for the implementation and administration of County's compensation plan, the County's health and dental programs along with other benefits plans, collective bargaining agreements, and compliance with the County's Personnel Rules and Regulations in accordance with federal and state employment laws.
