The Carver County Family Resource Center is a community gathering spot where families and caregivers can find trusted support, local resources, and meaningful connections. Based in Chaska and serving communities throughout Carver County, we make it easier for families to access the tools and relationships that help them thrive.

Call (952) 361-1621. Leave a message, and we'll return your call as soon as possible. We can connect you with many resources over the phone, including referrals to:

  • Rent assistance
  • SNAP resources
  • Health insurance applications

You do not need to share personal information to ask questions.

Based in Chaska, the Family Resource Center supports families and caregivers throughout Carver County, including Carver, Chanhassen, Chaska, Cologne, Hamburg, Mayer, New Germany, Norwood Young America, Victoria, Waconia, and Watertown.
