CareerForce in Chaska helps local employers find and keep workers. We offer several programs to meet hiring needs.

  • Every three months, we host events where employers meet local job seekers.

Wage Subsidies – Youth Employment Program

Carver County has a Youth Employment Program. It helps employers hire young workers and gives youth job experience.

  • We pay the youth employee’s wages.
  • You give training, supervision, and evaluations.
  • A Youth Employment Counselor will help you.
  • Youth must be between 14 and 24 years old.
  • Most hiring happens in spring for summer jobs, but jobs are available year-round.
