Making Good Health a Priority at Work
Since many adults spend a large portion of their day at work, creating a healthy workplace can play a big role in keeping workers healthy and reducing the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease.
Healthy, engaged employees are essential to a productive workplace and a company’s bottom line. More and more employers across Minnesota are seeing the value of making healthy choices easier at work.
Workplace wellness can help build a healthy culture that has benefits for the employer and the employee, including:
- Improved job performance
- Higher employee engagement
- Increased job satisfaction
- Better customer service
- Greater employee retention
What's Happening in Carver County
