Find Health Insurance

MNsure is Minnesota's official health insurance marketplace. It’s a place where people can compare different health and dental insurance plans and choose the one that works best for them. MNsure is also the only way Minnesotans can apply for financial help to lower the cost of insurance. This includes discounts on monthly premiums and access to state programs like Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare.

Since it launched, MNsure has helped many Minnesotans get affordable health coverage and has provided significant savings through tax credits. The website is designed to be easy to use, and people can get free help from trained experts if they need it. MNsure’s goal is to make sure all Minnesotans have a fair chance to get quality, affordable health insurance.

Request a Family Home Visit

Family home visiting provides free support during pregnancy and early childhood, connecting families to health care, education, and resources that promote healthy development. Complete our Family Home Visit Referral Form to request a visit or refer a family. 

Request an Immunization

Public Health provides vaccinations to children and adults who meet eligibility guidelines. Complete our Vaccination Request Form, and a staff member will contact you about your request.
