Public Health has a phone line and email you can use to get information or be connected to local resources on many health-related topics. The phone line is voicemail only. Leave a message, and your voicemail will be forwarded to the right staff member, who will call you back.
- Call the Information and Resources line at (952) 361-1329. The Information and Resources line is checked Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, except on holidays.
- Local resource information is also available by dialing 2-1-1 to reach United Way's First Call for Help.
- Certain diseases that could affect the public's health must be reported to public health agencies by healthcare providers and laboratories. This helps prevent the spread of disease. Call the Minnesota Department of Health at (651) 201-5414, or visit their Infectious Disease Reporting web page, to report a disease.
