The Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is designed to give the populace a more general, less technical, summary of county government and the County's financial condition. It uses information from the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), the annual budget book, and other County publications. The PAFR does not conform to generally accepted accounting principles and reporting requirements and should not be used as substitute for the CAFR.
