Recording Documents Electronically

Recording documents electronically, also known as eRecording, enables title companies, lenders, law firms, and other real estate professionals to electronically record documents with Carver County. Carver County Recorder's office is now eRecording nearly all document types and electronic recording is the preferred method to submit documents for recording.

We encourage all Real Estate professionals to submit documents electronically. eRecording is secure and can easily be done from your office or home.

Eligible Documents

The Carver County Land Records office is able to accept nearly all abstract or torrens documents for eRecording. If the document is both abstract and torrens it cannot be e-recorded at this time.
