2026 Truth in Taxation Proposed Notices 

Each November, you’ll get a notice that tells you about upcoming budget meetings held by certain taxing authorities. This notice is meant to keep you informed and involved. You are encouraged to go to these meetings so you can learn and share thoughts before final levies are decided. To learn more about the County's Budget, please visit the Budget page. If you have questions about meetings, levies or budgets for the taxing authorities, please contact them directly.  

Paperless Tax Statements

Carver County offers a paperless option for residents to receive property tax notices and statements electronically through eNoticesOnline.

eNoticesOnline helps taxpayers reduce their paper footprint. It's a quick, easy and free way to go paperless with property tax notices and statements.

Residents receive instructions on how to register for eNotices in their current mailings. The mailings include an insert with instructions and an activation code, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Gravel Tax

Anyone transporting, storing, or selling aggregate materials within Carver County is required to report quantities handled. The Aggregate Tax Reporting form and payment are due by the 14th day following the last day of each quarter. Review Minnesota Statute 298.75 for additional details.
