Early Check-In Fees

Early check-in is available before 1 p.m., subject to campsite availability.

Late Check-Out Fees

Late check-out is available until 5 p.m., subject to campsite availability.

Additional Fees

Extend your stay and save on midweek camping at Baylor Regional Park.

Campers who stay three nights receive a fourth night free on eligible reservations.

Special Offer

Buy three nights and get the fourth night free.

The midweek camping special is available for stays Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays.

This offer is not available for reservations made through the Extended Stay Agreement program.

How to Cancel a Reservation

Camping reservations may be canceled by:

• Logging in to your online reservation account

The Parks Office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Cancellation requests received after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Refund and Cancellation Fees

Reservation Fees

Reservation fees are nonrefundable.

Cancellations Made Eight or More Days Before Arrival

Reservations canceled eight or more days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of camping fees paid.

Cancellations Made Seven or Fewer Days Before Arrival

Reservations canceled seven or fewer days before the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of $5 per night, per campsite.

Cancellations on the Arrival Date

Reservations canceled on the scheduled arrival date are nonrefundable.

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, please review the campground rules and policies before your stay.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 3 p.m.
• Check-out is by 2 p.m.
• Early check-in may be available before 1 p.m. for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.
• Contact the Parks Office to inquire about early check-in availability.

Campsite Occupancy and Length of Stay

• Maximum of eight people per campsite
• Limit of one RV and one tent, or two tents, per campsite
• Camping permits are issued only to individuals age 18 and older
• An adult must accompany campers younger than 18
• Maximum stay is 14 nights within a 30-day period
• Campers staying longer than seven nights must move to a different campsite

Vehicles and Parking

• One vehicle is permitted per campsite
• Additional parking is available near the Park Office

Pets

Pets are welcome in the campground and must comply with the following rules:

• Pets must be leashed at all times with a leash no longer than 6 feet
• Pets may not be tethered to trees, plants or other park vegetation
• Dogs may not be left unattended
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of pet waste

Campfires and Firewood

• Fires are permitted only in designated fire rings or self-contained grills
• Cutting, collecting or burning park trees or vegetation is prohibited

Firewood Restrictions

To help prevent the spread of invasive pests and diseases, firewood restrictions are in effect.

Prohibited Items and Activities

The following are not allowed in the campground:

• Pools
• Sprinklers
• Bounce houses
• Generators
• Power Wheels® and similar battery-powered ride-on vehicles

Trees may not be used to hang hammocks.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Please be considerate of neighboring campers during these hours.

Natural Resources and Wildlife

• Wildlife may not be disturbed, harassed or fed
• Plants, trees and other natural resources must not be damaged or removed

Help protect the park's natural environment by practicing responsible outdoor recreation.

Enforcement of Rules

Carver County Parks staff reserve the right to remove campers who violate park rules or engage in disruptive, abusive or unsafe behavior.

Park rules and ordinances are enforced by the Carver County Sheriff's Office.

Grab-and-Go Craft Bags are available on select Saturdays and provide a fun, family-friendly activity that can be completed at the campground, at home or wherever your adventure takes you.

The Group Camp at Baylor Regional Park offers a secluded, walk-in camping experience in a wooded setting, making it an ideal option for scout troops, youth groups, family gatherings and other organized groups.

The campsite provides a rustic camping environment with shared amenities and space for larger groups.

Group Camp Amenities

The Group Camp includes:

• Capacity for up to 50 people
• Designated tent camping area
• Picnic tables
• Fire pit
• Charcoal grills
• Nearby water access
• Vault restroom near the Group Camp entrance

All tents must be set up within the designated Group Camp area.
