Carver County, in coordination with project partners, is planning improvements along Highway 27 between Highway 10 and the Wright County border. The project will address long-standing flooding concerns and extend the life of the roadway through pavement rehabilitation and resurfacing.

- Increased pavement strength from nine-ton to ten-ton (per axle).
Anticipated Project Schedule
- Design, permitting and final plans complete: Spring 2026.
- Construction: Summer through Fall 2026.
