Adopt-A-Highway
Adopt-A-Highway Program
Launched in 2000, this program invites groups to commit to picking up litter at least twice a year for a minimum of three years. Participants receive safety vests, trash bags, safety training materials, and are recognized with signs posted at both ends of their adopted road segment.
Pick-A-Highway Program
Started in 1992, this one-time cleanup opportunity allows groups to make a difference with a single litter pickup. Participants are provided with safety vests, trash bags, and safety training materials.
For more information about either program, please contact the Public Works Office at (952) 466-5200.
